At Roots, we want you to genuinely enjoy our dates. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Not Happy With Your Order?
If you try our dates and they’re not quite what you expected, you can return the product provided most of the contents remain in the pack (at least 75%).
This allows us to understand the issue while keeping things fair for everyone.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• At least 75% of the original contents must remain
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
Return Shipping
Return postage costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
